All content on this site and app — including the AuraLift name and logo, design system, text, layouts, imagery, treatment catalogues, and the underlying software — is owned by AuraLift or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and trade-secret laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, scrape, data-mine, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of AuraLift without our express written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

Photos you upload remain yours. You grant AuraLift a limited licence to process them solely to generate your visualisations and reports. We do not sell your photos. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

AuraLift provides AI-generated visualisations for illustration and discussion only. They are automated artistic simulations — not medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a guarantee, prediction or representation of any actual result.

The AI does not, and cannot, account for your individual biological healing response and variability, your unique anatomical structure, or the real-world limitations of surgery. Actual outcomes depend on factors an algorithm cannot assess — including your anatomy, skin, tissue and bone structure, age, medical history, healing and scarring, lifestyle, and the technique and clinical judgement of your treating surgeon. Results vary from person to person and may differ significantly from any image produced here.

Do not make any medical, surgical or financial decision in reliance on AuraLift. Always obtain an in-person assessment from a licensed, board-certified surgeon before proceeding. Clinic listings, pricing, estimates and reviews are indicative only and are not a quote. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuraLift and its affiliates accept no liability for decisions made in reliance on these AI-generated visualisations.

AuraLift is intended solely for adults aged 18 years or older. You must confirm your date of birth before using the visualisation studio. We block access for anyone under 18, and any photos uploaded by a person who is found to be under 18 are deleted immediately. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if you believe a minor has used the service, contact us so we can remove their data.

Patient plans renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from your account (access continues until the end of the current billing period). Clinic partnership plans are a flat monthly software subscription — clinics pay for platform features and visibility, not for individual patients, bookings or treatment outcomes. Where local law permits, an optional performance/referral arrangement may be agreed separately in writing; it is never charged by default and is not offered where medical referral-fee or fee-splitting rules restrict it. All payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

We are a data controller for the personal data you provide and process it under the UK/EU General Data Protection Regulation and comparable privacy laws. Our lawful basis for processing your photos is your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

What we collect: your account details (name, email), optional location (to match nearby clinics), the photos you upload, the AI visualisations generated from them, and basic usage data.

How your facial images are protected: photos are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored in access-controlled cloud storage that is not publicly listable and is reachable only by our backend using a secret key. Images are never sold, never used to train third-party models, and are shared with a clinic only if you explicitly request a consultation.

Automatic deletion (data minimisation): your uploaded facial photos and the AI results generated from them are automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours of upload. Deletion removes the files from our object storage and the associated records from our database. You can also delete everything immediately at any time from “Delete my data”, which purges your account, photos, previews, surgical list, screening answers, reviews and consult requests.

Your rights: you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any right, use the in-app data controls or contact us. We retain only the minimum data needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations.
